Terms of use

1. Agreement

VeeVu is provided by Anh Quan (Jaqobs) Tran. When you download VeeVu from the App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement applies. These terms add to it. If the two conflict, Apple's agreement takes precedence.

2. Using the app

You may use VeeVu for your own travel planning on Apple devices you own or control. Please don't copy, modify or reverse engineer the app beyond what the law allows.

3. Your content

Your spots, trips, plans, journal entries and photos belong to you, and they stay on your device. Because there's no sync, backing them up is up to you. Use Export in the app to keep a copy.

4. Travel information

Place details, photos, routes, times, entry fees and budgets are either entered by you or fetched from map services. They may be incomplete or out of date. Check opening times, prices, local rules and safety on site. Take care when photographing, and respect private property.

5. Third-party services

Some features use Google Maps and Apple Maps. Their terms apply to those services, and I'm not responsible for their availability or content.

6. Liability

I'm fully liable for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act. For slight negligence, I'm liable only for breaches of essential obligations, limited to the typical, foreseeable damage. Otherwise, liability is excluded.

7. Law

German law applies. If you're a consumer, the mandatory protections of the country you live in still apply.

8. Changes and contact
